Charming home and lot loved by owners for 20 years. They loved the neighborhood and location. It's a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street so the traffic was minimal. There's so much room to park your rv or toys. The HOA is voluntary so they have no power to make you do anything. A lot of time was spent on the patio. The view of the foothills beautiful. The patio really is the best. Year around BBQing. The garden in the backyard always produced an abundance of produce and the flower beds are beautiful. The yard is totally fenced for the dogs. There's easy access from C470 and HWY 285. The house is a warm and cozy home. The family room really added a great feature. We used it as a man-cave and it was perfect.
