Dogs over 20 lbs will be an additional $100 per month paid to Westview Mobile Home Park per their regulations. Tenant will also be responsible for signing the Westview rules and regulations agreement as a resident of the park in addition to the lease signed with the owner of the mobile home. Furthermore, the tenant will need to complete and comply with the standard for credit that Westview requires.
