"The land outlives us all..." Wilma Dykeman could have described the peace and beauty of this cove far better than I ever could. She might have noted that it was south facing, surrounded by ridges for the most part and very private. I think she would have found the springs wonderful but the shortness and location of the Laurel River frontage less than ideal. She might observe the practicality of the paved frontage, interior roads and the central location amongst mountain communities. Call soon!
