Hey everyone, Looking for one male to take over my portion of the lease for a room available in a 2bd/1ba apt in Arlington. Rent's only $775 which includes all utilities except for electricity which usually runs $30-$60 total a month and internet/cable which runs another $75. The move in date is Aug 1st. About the place: There are two bedrooms that are pretty spacious and equal in size. The kitchen is nice with ample cupboard/storage space and has a little dining area and opens up to a porch/balcony looking over the backyard. There is one bathroom that is pretty standard and a large living room. There is one parking space outside of the unit, but there is plenty of street parking really close by. The apartment is about a mile north of the Ballston metro with 2 bus stops within walking distance. There is a 7eleven, Chipotle, Starbucks, CVS, and ABCstore within walking distance. It's really a great location. About the current roommate: He is in his 20's and works in sales. He's outgoing and tends to keep it low key during the week and go out with friends on the weekends. Not obsessive about having a clean apartment, but not trying to live in a dump either. He is a pretty big Steelers fan and loves sports in general! Also, please no smokers. You will be signing a one year lease for the room beginning Aug 1 through July 31, 2016. A $50 credit check fee and security deposit equal to one month's rent will be required.
