The tenant will have access to shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, backyard, washer and dryer, and pool. All utilities are included. The home is best suited for a college student or a young working professional. Preference is given to a woman, though a male applicant may be considered if it feels like a good fit. You will be sharing the main house with the homeowner, Elena. The back house is occupied by two adults. While this is a family home, the children are now in college and only visit occasionally. The property is managed by Elena's brother. There is no application fee, but all applicants will be required to complete an application. Two friendly dogs live in the back house. We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and comfortable sharing responsibilities, including regular cleaning of common areas.
