Maximum stay: 6 months unless otherwise approved in writing by Owner. No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside the property, garage, or common areas. No parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior. Tenants must respect neighbors and comply with all local noise ordinances. Occupancy is limited to approved guests listed on the lease agreement. No subletting or unauthorized occupants. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the property. No parties or disruptive gatherings allowed. Dogs under 40lbs may be considered in Unit B (3-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit) only for $100 a month. Certain breed restrictions apply. Tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the lease term. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the Tenant.
