My loft is fully furnished and the rental includes my parking spot in the gated lot next to the building. Washer and dryer in unit. Tenant would be responsible for watching my resident cat "Pompom" and for doing this I'm reducing the rental price to $2300 per month. All of Pompom's food and kitty litter will be provided. He's a wonderful little guy with a great purr. I'm retired and have been offered an opportunity to do some volunteer work in Spain. Bryant@2nd Street is a great location for exploring the city. It's close to the ballpark, the CALTRANS station, the financial district/Market Street and the Embarcadero. Rents are high in this area . All utilities (cable, electric, internet, water and garbage) paid by owner. Gated off street parking spot included. Tenant will be responsible to care for resident cat for a $300 reduction in the rental amount each month.
