**Beautiful views of Lake Granby** We are looking for the perfect tenants for our furnished house for rent in Scanloch subdivision located between Granby and Grand Lake across from Lake Granby, minutes from Highway 34. Snowmobile from the house down to the lake! There will be no indoor garage parking available to tenants, however large oversize driveway allows for ample parking. 12 month lease term - willing to extend lease if landlord/tenant are a good fit. Dogs are negoitable, NO Cats. There will be no garage access for tenants to park vehicles in, outside entrance and parking only. No smoking inside the home. We will provide snow removal for the neighborhood roads and driveway only. Tenant is is responsible for all other snow removal on decks/stairs and trash. Home has well and Septic. Gas, electricity, satellite internet is the responsibility of the tenant. We currently have Starlink with a rate of $120 per month, new tenant can pay landlord monthly or we can remove the Starlink. Partially or non furnished home can be discussed. **The animal mounts will not be removed**
