In the living room, we would like to leave the couch, bookcases, entertainment center, TV, coffee table, & surround sound. We would also like to leave the dining table & benches, and master bedroom TV & bedframe (custom built, heavy, & is a Cal King). We would also like to leave the patio furniture. Location: Home is next to Bidwell Park (off of Vallombrosa), two blocks from Sierra View School, 5-8 minute bike ride to PV High School, 8 minute drive to downtown Chico, 9 minutes to Enloe Hospital. No smoking. No Cats. Well-behaved dogs (up to 50 lbs) okay after meet & greet. $50/month pet rent per dog and $500 deposit per dog, maximum of two dogs. Tenant responsible for yard maintenance and utilities (solar takes care of most or all electric). Application fee required up front, after viewing, to cover background checks for rental history, employment status and history, credit, criminal, etc.
