Landlord references and rent receipts must be provided. THERE IS A COSMETIC DEFECT in the floor of the living room under the rug. Rug is provided for this reason. Electric bills tend to be higher due to the electric baseboard heating- this has been taken into consideration and factored into the rent price. Owner pay trash, tenant responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal.
