From Pueblo, Colorado: Take Highway 50 at Exit 100A east to the town of Rocky Ford. Turn south on Highway 71 (turn right at the Conoco station) and go to to Highway 10. Turn right and go half a mile to Highway 71 again. Turn left and go to Highway 350. Turn right and go 26 miles to the town of Houghton. Turn left on County Road 133.8 (aka Pipeline Road) and go 1.35 miles to County Road 78.9. Do not turn left but instead turn right onto the old road going west. Go about 1/3 of a mile to the southeast corner of the property. Each of the corners are marked with a wooden stake wrapped with orange survey tape. Continue for 1/4 mile to the southwest corner, just before the fence. The north corners are 1/4 mile north of those south corners and lie about 20 feet across the fence. That fence is on the property. The northeast corner has a survey marker, which was used in marking the other three corners using a GPS, which should be very close, but not exact.
