PLEASE NOTE : This is a house with a TOP Unit and a BOTTOM UNIT. My dog and I will be living in the BOTTOM UNIT full time for a couple months while I do some repairs / upgrades of the exterior of the property. I have a separate entrance and do not come upstairs unless my tenant needs something or they allow me use of the laundry - advance notice always! Thereafter, I will be in the BOTTOM unit intermittently to do repairs and maintenance as needed. I will always reach out before so you are aware I will be there, but want to be clear that for a brief time it will be a somewhat shared home. I have no intention of renting the TOP unit and BOTTOM unit separately unless TOP unit renter requests rental of that unit themselves or to a friend or family member. I'm open to your use of the lower deck and 2nd parking spot when I am not home. If you have guests and want to use the BOTTOM unit for them, I can offer it for small daily fee. Lease term is 12months with an option to renew on a month to month basis. May flex for the right person. Utilities not included. All tenants must be on lease unless approved by property owner prior to move in. No smoking indoors! All outdoor smoking must be with an ashtray to prevent fire. Weed is allowed. No electric heaters are allowed due to fire hazard. All pets will require a $300 deposit per pet. Dogs, cats and other small animals (excluding rabbits) allowed. No fish tanks. Deposit is fully refundable pending no pet damage or cleaning needed. Tenant is required to keep indoor and all adjacent outdoor areas tidy and fire safe. No charcoal grills, smokers or fire pits. Tenant is responsible for snow and debris removal on stairs and porches for their own safety. Landlord will do a annual grass and debris removal per county requirements.
