You will have full kitchen privileges, and share the laundry (washer, dryer included), living room, dining room, and 1st-floor powder room, and can have a designated parking space if desired. No floor lamps needed, all rooms are equipped with light fixtures. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Our community has a swimming pool, ping-pong tables, pool tables, and a club house. Owner pays for HOA, garbage, and sewer. Tenants share utilities and cable, usually $50/person/month.
