Just blocks from the Historic downtown Dundee which is home to local coffee shops, an ice cream shop, too many restaurants to possibly name, one of which is the very popular breakfast spot called "Good Lookin" and also home to my personal favorite, Pitch. If that isn't enough, The hip Blackstone District is a 2-3 minute drive, Midtown Crossing just a 4 minute drive and, of course, the famous Old Market in downtown Omaha just 6 minutes away. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could need and the bedrooms are furnished with high end mattresses, luxurious bamboo sheets and room-darkening curtains to ensure you get a good night's sleep. This property has an unfinished, but well kept, basement with brand new washer and dryers, as well as an attached garage that is available for your use. We use a smart lock and keyless entry system. You will be provided with your own code before your check-in that you will utilize for the duration of your stay. Owner will pay for all utilities and internet. The property is primarily used for medium term renters, but can accommodate all lease durations. Property is fully furnished. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Dogs are allowed.
