There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the master bedroom with king-size bed you have direct access to the pool. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. In the third bedroom, there are two beds stacked on top of each other. Two bedrooms are equipped with a TV. One of the 2 bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, shower and sink. The other bathroom has a shower, two sinks, and the toilet is in a separate room nearby. The fully equipped kitchen offers enough space to prepare a delicious meal for family or friends. The open dining area completes the kitchen. The living room is brightly furnished and the modern seating area invites you to spend cozy evenings watching TV in front of the large flat-screen TV. From the living room you can access the pool area. The covered terrace and dining area with BBQ gas grill invites you to spend cozy evenings outdoors. The heated pool leaves nothing to be desired, here you can relax comfortably on the provided sun loungers and leave everyday life behind, under the sun of Cape Coral. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for you. Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa. Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English. Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and deducted from the security deposit. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
