Pets allowed (pending approval by owner). Security deposit due on acceptance, first month's rent due prior to move-in. OUR APPROACH: We do not utilize a first-come, first-served approach. We allow time for people to see the unit and apply (through Zillow) and then we set a cutoff for applications, at which point we present our recommended applications to the owners.
