Eat-in kitchen with walk-in pantry and in-wall ironing board (for when you need to iron your outfit while 'scrambling' to make breakfast - sorry ;-) ). Back stairs lead to shared, coin-operated laundry facilities as well as building trash/recycling/compost and additional unit storage. There is also a shared garden on the east side of the house. Great unit in an incredible location! Sorry - street parking only. Landlord pays for water and garbage. Renter is responsible for all other utilities. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed (pending approval by owner). Security deposit due on acceptance, first month's rent due prior to move-in. OUR APPROACH: We do not utilize a first-come, first-served approach. We allow time for people to see the unit and apply (through Zillow) and then we set a cutoff for applications, at which point we present our recommended applications to the owners.
