Very quiet property and super clean. Buildings are only two floors each and all one bedrooms so mostly singles or couples living here. Parking is always easy to find so no need to worry about coming home to nothing.The management team is amazing and will fix whatever needs to be done as soon as you tell them. The pool area is very nice and relaxing with cabanas and patio area for bbq's or small gatherings. This is a lease take over until 06/04/2017. I an moving out of town and need someone to take over by November 21st. Rent is $849 trash and sewer are included, water is added to the bill , and electricity is separate through OUC.
