I am looking for someone to sublease for my apartment due to relocation for work ASAP! NO DEPOSIT NEEDED! The lease is until November 2018. It is located in beautiful Summer Cove Apartments. The apartment is extremely clean, with YOUR OWN BATHROOM and WALK IN CLOSET It is an open floor plan concept. The other roommate is extremely nice and easy to live with. She is clean and not home frequently because she works two jobs. The apartment is in a great, safe location. There is a business center, private balcony, fenced dog park, playground, two heated pools and a gym. If I did not have to move I would most definitely stay!
