We like a chill, respectful home - social but not a party house. Rent & Utilities: Rent: $833/month + utilities (split evenly) Lease: Runs through [end date of lease] Deposit: $500 (per landlord's requirement) Must apply and be approved by landlord Looking for: Responsible with rent & bills Clean and respectful of shared spaces No drama, no smoking indoors Pets ok - but must be approved with landlord, then $15 monthly pet fee.
