Renter is responsible for personal hygiene and cleaning items outside of our complimentary basket as well as upkeep of the home. Our cleaners can be used during the stay at an additional cost. No smoking on the property. Guests may smoke in the backyard area, outside of the screened porch. Any left out trash, cigarette butts, pet excrements, etc. are subject to additional fees if not cleaned.
