Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach is minutes from Destin, approximately 7 miles, and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort-Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily. Check-in starts at 4 pm, with some properties qualifying for early check-in at 1 pm for an additional $50 plus tax, subject to availability. Check-out is at 10 am, with the possibility of a late check-out at 1 pm for an additional $50 plus tax, subject to availability. No third-party bookings are allowed. Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit, although children are always welcome with their parents. Strict maximum occupancy rules apply, including babies, infants, and children. Due to severe allergies, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed, with the exception of a registered service dog. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio. A signed rental agreement is required on all bookings and must be electronically signed within 48 hours of booking. Snowbird rates are available from November to February.
