I'm looking for someone to take my lease over at La Vina apartments in Livermore. November 1- April 30. This apartment is close to the Lab and the RLCC community park. This would be an ideal apartment for someone just moving to Livermore to scope out the apartment complex and the town of Livermore. My lease has a possibility of extension, so you could absolutely stay here--I've lived in this complex for 2.5 years! This apartment in particular is great because it is on the "quiet side" of the building away from parking lot, gatherings at the pool and trash collection spots. It is a second floor apartment, so there's no one above it has vaulted ceilings. And finally, it's on the west side of the building, so my plants are happy.
