State the names, telephone numbers, dates of birth, driver's license number, current addresses for each adult over 18. State the residences including the current landlord's contact information. (I won't contact the current landlord until we talk first) State full employment history and wage information for the last 3 years for all adults over 18. State the names and dates of birth of all children under 18. Social Security numbers can be omitted until the final application is submitted. You cut the grass, rake leaves and move snow as necessary. You pay all utilities except sewer.
