This home is located in the North Las Vegas area. It's 20 minutes away from Chinatown. The nearest grocery stores are 15 minutes away. The room is a private room with its own bathroom. We have two dogs: one German Shepard and one male Maltese. The bedroom is furnished with a bed and a desk, if you already have bedroom furniture you wish to bring with you, we'll happily store ours elsewhere. The rent includes high speed internet, furnished living room with a tv and X-box, fully equipped kitchen with personal refrigerator and pantry space, and access to the laundry. First months rent and deposit to get you move in ready No smoking inside, don't overload washer and dryer; we usually go to the laundry mat to clean our blankets. Be mindful when having guest over; please give us a week notice if someone is coming over.
