Close to Springy Point for walking/snowshoeing. Starlink. Pets may be possible. Home will be rented as a 2 bed 2 1/2 bath as the studio bedroom will be used for storage. Available December 15- April 1. Renter is responsible for $100 a month for contribution to electricity costs bringing rental total to $2050. This money can be refunded if kilowatt usage does not increase dramatically. First and last months rent due upon lease signing. Maximum 2 pets, upon approval. Driveway needs to be kept free from any snow buildup by hiring someone to plow, and/or shoveling. No smoking please, no partying or anyone whose name is not on the lease to be living or staying on the premises. Any damage done to the home or furnishings will be paid for by renters.
