Lease contract will be held by a 3rd party (AMH). The lease may have an option to renew on April 1st 2026. A separate agreement will be made with the upstairs tenants for financial payment. There will be a flat fee of $250 per month for all utilities which includes high speed fiber internet. Maintenance will be covered by the landlord. All vehicles will have to be listed on the lease with 1 vehicle per person over 18. A pet may be considered. We are limited to one additional pet due to the rental company.
