This is a good mobile home. There is no leaks and it is in good condition. This mobile home is located in Parklane Estates mobile home park. The lot rent is the cheapest in the area which is why I decided to live there. There is two parking spots although I was able to fit my dodge intrepid, F-150, and honda accord all in my parking space, so actually three spots for a tight fit. Water works great, all plumbing works well with no leaks. This home was fixed up right before I bought it, so new water heater which works well. I lived here for a year and never had pipes freeze when the weather was subzero temperatures. Im selling this home for 4.5k cheaper than I bought it, reason being I moved from the area and would like to sell quick. This trailer is empty and ready to move in. The year I lived here I kept my door unlocked and wasnt home the majority of the time and never had trouble. This community is friendly, and the neighbors are great. The stove runs on gas as well as the heat. Utility bills are very cheap. Dishwasher works well. Washer and dryer hookup. A/C keeps you cool in the summer. This manufacturer is Fleetwood.
