Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. Looking for someone quiet, clean, drama free. No guest allowed. No animals allowed. Kitchen will be shared and limited to 7am-10pm use only. Laundry on site. First, last month and security deposit required upon move in. You will be sharing the house with 2 other roommates 95% of the time. My husband and I travel A LOT for work, so just hoping to rent out the extra bedrooms to help with the mortgage. When we are not home, you will be sharing the house with 2 other roommates. We've had some terrible experiences with renters cooking at 3am and woke everyone in the house up...so kitchen is only available 7am-10pm. 5.
