Upper Level has 2 Master Bedrooms - each with their own private bathroom. Rear Bedroom has 2 skylights. Main floor has 1-Half Bathroom, Fireplace, and access to a Patio. Basement has another Full Bathroom, Laundry room, a finished open space with Wet Bar, and a rear door for entry or exit. MUST HAVE Renters Insurance for the entire time that you inhabit the home. I needed to update the price to eliminate confusion. The rent is $2250.00 per month. I am giving a discount of $100 if you move in before I am able to replace the deck. That would make the price $2250 - $100 = $2150. I can show the home as it is now starting Wednesday 8/25/21. Normal wear and tear repairs will be made when I vacate. The house is Full Electric. I currently have a Gigabyte Internet through Verizon that I can transfer to you if you'd like to keep the current plan. Or I could leave it on and add $79.99. But of course feel free to choose the provider that you prefer. The deck needs to be replaced. If you agree to move in before I am able to fix the deck, I can give you a $100 refund each month for the inconvenience of not having access to the deck - it is not safe and CAN NOT be used - until replaced. I keep the dehumidifiers on in the basement and have them set to specific levels so that they automatically turn on/off as needed. Although this may add to my electric bill, it keeps the basement perfect for using as a 3rd bedroom or Family room. Dehumidifiers are always suggested in any below-ground level dwelling. There is a $25 per month Pet-Fee. NO SMOKING.
