There is also an office, movie loft and nicely sized back yard with an amazing deck built just last year. It's available starting anytime after 4/4. Start date and end date are flexible but I'm looking for someone to sublet for anywhere from 4-8 weeks. All utilities will be included in the price and this includes internet. The TV is connected to almost every streaming service as well. Additionally there is a Pelaton Bike available for use. Rent is $3000 per month, or $750 per week. That breaks down to $98.63 per day (far less than any comparable airbnb ). Im also offering a discounted price for any stay over 4 weeks. There will also be a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit that must be put down as well and my landlord is requiring a credit/background check. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have!
