It's conveniently close to a scooter and electric bike drop off, bridge street market (also walking distance) and quant, local restaurants. Perfect for tenants that enjoy nights out! Our area is safe, lively and has free street parking(we've never had issues finding a parking spot). We also have a fenced in backyard that is perfect for pets. Yes, cats and dogs are allowed! Rooms have beautiful hardwood floors, kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and updated features. My husband and I are currently looking for a family or group of people to sublease the property until July 15th but will have the opportunity to resign for an additional 12 months (which they'll typically ask in February). My husband and I would ideally need to move out by November. This place is move in ready. We raised our sweet little family here and hoping others can make many memories here as well.
