First off, THANK YOU for the interest shown in our home. Please excuse any mess or clutter. We have 2 very active boys and I work full time so I did not go through the "staging process". We go for the real life lived in look. Try your best to look past that. The house is 4 bedroom 4 bath around 3366 sqft. fenced on 5 acres. In ground pool with waterfall, tanning shelf and sprays. The pump was completely replaced within the year. Very large patio facing south so you get a nice breeze and never look into the sun. ( my fav) The house has a large study/office with built ins that could be a 5th bedroom. 3 car garage with storage as well. The kitchen has corian countertops double oven, 2 warming drawers, trash compactor and zub zero fridge and freezer all with wood fronts that match cabinetry. . All cabinets in kitchen and study have slide out drawers for easy access. Bathrooms and laundry have granite counters and master has travertine countertops. We did have windows replaced, added a metal roof and spray foam insulated the attic for energy efficiency. 3 hot water heaters and 3 ac units, all replaced within the last few years. The house is wired for a generator that we do have, including the tank but it has not yet been hooked up. The bedrooms are split with a bathroom in each and large walk in closets ( 2 in master bath). There is no carpet, stained concrete throughout. There is a sidewalk around the entire house and the driveway is concrete so its great for kids bike riding ect. Our boys ride 4 wheelers and play outside constantly. Its a great property and floorplan for a family or entertaining guests. Plus I love our sweet neighbors. Its a very quiet and safe subdivision.
