This apartment is located in a quiet community. This unit has new hardwood flooring throughout, brand new cabinets and granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms, new plumbing and hardware as well as new light fixtures. This unit also has a private deck attached on the back overlooking the woods. This community has been here for over 40 years and is privately owned and run by a small family. We do not rent to students. All of our residents are either retired or working families. Trash and amenities are included in the base rent. We do not charge a pet deposit or admin fees/no extra fees. You will only pay $1500 per month. If you have a dog it is $20 per dog per month (no pet deposit). Resident is responsible for their utilities such as power,gas,water, and internet. We do require our residents to have renters insurance as well.
