The apartment complex is beautiful with a parking garage with one assigned parking spot, great amenities, energy efficient appliances and complex which is good for electricity in the hot summer months. All you would have to do is take over the remaining ten months of the lease. Just have to pay the admin and application fee which is combined 250.00 dollars and that's it.
