Your room comes with a queen bed and comfortable mattress, dresser, desk, and a large closet, move in ready. Bonus Room: You'll also have use of a shared bonus room that works as an office, workout space, or arts and crafts studio. It features a queen size Murphy bed and a large closet. It's yours to enjoy for most of the time, and it's where I stay when I'm in town, which is no more than a month total across the year. Shared spaces: All rooms are fully furnished: kitchen, pantry, bathroom, dining room, and living room. The area has abundant zoned street parking, and you're in walkable distance to restaurants, shops, and both the Lawrence and Wilson Red Line stops. Roommates: Chad, I'm a project manager, late 30s primarily based in the Caribbean for work, around only occasionally; I visit 2-3 times a year for about 1-2 weeks. Thomas is a friendly and respectful, enjoys traveling, early 30s and is the roommate you will mostly share the space with. Guest Policy: All guests are welcome, but since the apartment is shared, overnight visitors should be discussed in advance. Short stays are no problem; longer visits are discouraged, and in no case may a guest stay more than 14 days. The bonus room is a shared space for office, workout, or hobby use and doubles as the guest room for short visits, so it isn't intended as a permanent bedroom for a full time occupant. Rent is $1,380 per month, all utilities included. Available September 1, with move in as early as one week prior if needed. One year lease preferred, six month minimum.
