The kitchen has ample space for a table, New kitchen flooring, counter top and gas stove are a plus for the price. Hardwood floors in the BR and LR. No carpet anywhere. Security cameras around the building offer extra eyes. We have an on site maintenance man for quick response to maintenance and lockouts.
