This lot is one of the biggest in the neighborhood, it has a big fenced in back yard. I poured a concrete slab & installed a patio cover that's roughly 600-700 sq ft. I had electrical wire & sockets installed for 2 patio fans & big screen tv with surround sound. I just bought all new stainless appliances (double door fridge/freezer, electrical stove range with overhead microwave, dishwasher) that have never been used, vinyl plank was installed in all bedrooms, closets, living & dining room, 2 exterior doors were just installed, 3 interior doors were installed, big sectional sofa that no one has sat on, new paint although it's not quite finished.
