Along with this, it is very close to universities/colleges including Carnegie Mellon and University of Pittsburgh. Prospective tenant will have to street park if they have a vehicle, but this street is not that crowded to find a parking spot at anytime of the day. Washer and Dryer included! HVAC and Heat is also accessible to tenants! Tenant is required to pay all utilities. Security deposit will be $3500.
