It is a large "L" shaped room that could be used as one huge bedroom or the bedroom could be in part of the L and the rest could be a family room. Great for a lower level roommate private space. Cats and Dogs at landlord's discretion no vicious breeds or large dogs. Not kittens or puppies. $1500 rent if you have a dog or cat. To be considered for this you need $48000 verifiable income and credit score of over 600. All things are negotiable so if you didn't meet some criteria maybe some things like 6 months rent up front might make me give you more consideration. $50 application fee required. I don't have any interior photos because current tenant has a LOT of stuff in the home. Once vacated, the home will be cleaned and updated.
