This house is equipped with refrigerated air and a large den area installed for your comfort. You will be near two major access roads (U.S. 54, loop 375); 12-15 minutes to Ft. Bliss. We are centrally located with easy access to east, west, and central El Paso with-in 20 minutes drive. The airport is 15 minutes away. White Sands, McGregor Range, and Las Cruces are a couple of turns away. Wal-Mart, banks, and schools (EPCC, Andress, Newman Elementary, Terrace Hills Middle School, and more) are with-in a couple of minutes drive. Arlington park is around the corner; filled with tennis and basket ball courts, a playground area equipped with swings, community center, and well shaded areas. The house and grounds are well taken care of and we are looking for someone who will continue this. We ask first months rent at signing. We do not require a deposit, but do ask for last months rent in advance. We give up to 12 months if needed to make in payments. Please contact me. We can make an appointment to show the house.
