Rent starts at $950 per month with a signed, 12-month lease and includes lawn care, snow removal, and trash services. The security deposit also is $950 or equal to one month's rent. Dogs and cats are not allowed in these units. Gas/electric utilities are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. Tenants pay bills directly to Xcel Energy. Water/sewer utilities also are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $25 per person per month. Water is paid directly to Regal Property Management quarterly. We request that the received water bills be paid with the next upcoming rent check. These are smoke-free properties.
