The cozy cabin comfortably sleeps 2-3 people with one king-size bed in the loft and a twin over full bunkbed in the main floor bedroom. The kitchen is freshly remodeled and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The cabin includes a screened porch for you to enjoy your morning coffee as you observe the abundant wildlife. A full-size washer and dryer is located in the basement as well as space for storage. Includes one covered carport. We live on the property but the cabin is far enough away to offer plenty of privacy. The cabin has fiber optic internet. Although there is no cable TV, the outdoor antenna seems to pick up most of the local stations. Rent includes water, trash, fiber-optic internet, septic, and electricity. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a preference for non-shedding breeds. Preferred contract length is 30 days to three months, but feel free to reach out if you need something different. $1995 refundable damage deposit required plus additional $400 partially refundable deposit for each pet. No smoking (including vaping and marijuana) allowed on property. Month-to-month lease with utilities included. We prorate any partial months.
