This is a very spacious 1b1b apartment that got converted into a 2b1b, hence the rent is dirt cheap. One of the rooms is taken, but the other is available. The apartment is on the second floor and overlooks Los Angeles and UCLA beautifully. It's windows are aligned perfectly with sunrise and sunset so the views are amazing every day. There is tons of natural light always coming in so our electricity bill is also dirt cheap ($30/mo). Water as a utility is included for free. Parking is available right outside the building and there's also tons of free street parking scattered amongst the neighborhood. The apartment comes beautifully furnished and has tons of storage space. Washer and dryer are included. There is also a beautiful balcony to the apartment and it has two entrances. The apartment complex is wonderful. All the tenants are very kind and there's also a shared outdoor patio space available. The apartment has a heating unit but not AC. There are plenty of windows to always keep this place cool so it's never been an issue for us to need AC. It's easy to maintain this place at a perfect 73F, year round. 6 month lease that can be extended if needed
