The open concept living area seamlessly integrates with the dining and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming environment for relaxation and socializing. Pets are welcome at the property for a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, with a charge of $10 per exterior location if not cleaned. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Service animals are permitted at no extra cost. Lower Kenai Lodge is nestled in a secluded acre, just minutes from the renowned Kenai River. Guests can enjoy shared outdoor amenities such as fire pits, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion. Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, the cabin offers easy access to sightseeing, fishing, and the tranquility of the Kenai Peninsula. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and incur a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out results in a $50 fee per hour. The water is not potable, so guests should bring their own drinking water. Outdoor security cameras are in use, and maintenance may occur during your stay with prior notice.
