Both rooms are legitimately bedrooms, but I use the smaller one as an office (and it is furnished as an office). For this reason I think the condo would ideally suit a couple (though I have rented to tenants with a small child and they were very happy in the unit). Lots of closet space, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The master bathroom also has heated floors and five jets in the shower. Exposed brick in each room in the house, all new appliances, dishwasher, laundry & dryer in the unit, garbage disposal, central air & heat, flat screen TV, and a patio with Weber grill. Sheets, towels, kitchenware, and basic toiletries provided. The furniture is great quality, too (e.g., Crate & Barrel, Room & Board, etc. and not Ikea). The condo is located in Ravenswood (some might say Lincoln Square) and is extremely close to the Metra (Ravenswood stop) and the Brown Line (Montrose or Damen stops). It's also very close to the shops on Montrose and Lincoln, including restaurants and bars such as Glenn's Diner, Bistro Campagna, Tank Sushi, the Fountainhead, Gene's Sausage, Margie's Candies, the Bad Apple, and the Grafton. Also close to the Half Acre Brewery, O'Shaughnessy's Pub, and Fin Sushi. Really lovely tree-lined street that feels almost suburban but is so close to really great city spots and transportation. Also very close to Trader Joe's and Jewel. Happy to sing the praises of this neighborhood to those who are interested in it; I have lived here for a while and love it.
