I have one bedroom available for rent starting the last week in August in beautiful Talmadge neighborhood; less than 2 miles to SDSU!! Rent is $800/month plus a deposit of $750. One small pet is okay with an additional $200 deposit (I would need to meet the pet before signing lease). Utilities (internet/gas and electric) included in rent. House is a 2 bed/1 bath guest house with private entrance. We would share a bathroom. I am looking for one female roommate (please no couples) who is responsible, clean, quiet, and preferably a graduate student or professional. No smoking, drugs, or parties allowed at house. About me: I am a female graduate student at SDSU and seasonal worker who is quiet, respectful, and clean. I am currently working on my thesis so I will need a quiet house most days of the week to concentrate. I prefer to live with someone who is respectful of my needs to have a quiet, clean space to live. I also have one small cat who is quiet and shy. Only serious inquiries need apply.
