Paperwork deadline: May 21st, move in on or after June 5th Paperwork deadline: June 17th, move in on or after July 2nd Lease ends July 25th, but you may renew it for another year. You would share a room and a bathroom with Murray, he is clean, quiet, and kind. He spends many nights at his girlfriend's house and vice versa. He does not want to live with someone who parties, and does not want pets. Must have a guarantor or pay an additional monthly fee. Must pass a criminal background check.
