Hi everyone! I am putting up my single 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at the apartment complex called BLVD 63 for rent as soon as possible until the end of the lease ending July 31 2017. I live on the 4th floor (so no one will be stomping around above you!), right above the clubhouse facing the large pool. The apartment is located on a corner so there is only one apartment next to me who make absolutely no noise. I also get lots of natural sunshine which makes it so nice. :) The cost of rent includes a parking permit for the parking structure! There is a free shuttle to and from SDSU for residents only which is nice if you do not want to drive to campus. There are so many amenities including a 24/7 gym, two pools, a massive hot tub, around 6 nice gas grills around the property, fire pits, a really big clubhouse where you can comfortably study or hang out and play pool and whatnot.
