Garage available for storage Full sized closet Backyard with fire pit Easy street parking Projector/screen for watching movies in the living room Spacious and newly renovated kitchen/living room PLUS: since it's a sublease, you won't have to pay a deposit, just rent and utilities/wifi! I live with 2 roommates, both women in their 20s who work/go to school, and both clean, kind, and considerate. We have 2 kitties, munkie and Gordita who are very sweet. We are looking for a roommate that is: Okay with Kitties Smoke friendly LGBTQ+ friendly (duh) Willing to do chores/help around the house Clean and considerate!
