Room opening in biggish old house. It's a 4 bed 2 full bath house on a corner lot with a big porch, smallish back yard, ample storage and relaxed vibe. We've been living here for 9 years so far and have a good relationship with our landlord. We'd prefer someone looking for a long term rental to add to our year long lease. Room: second floor, very roughly 11 by 12ft, 2 big windows and small built in style closet. It's carpeted and gets evening sunlight. Your bathroom is just outside the room and you'd primarily share with 1 other person, though there is another full bath downstairs. House: it's old but comfortable and fully furnished by the current crew. There's enough space for everyone. Important part - there is no washer or dryer on-site, spin laundry is close by. People: We all work outside of the house in retail and admin. We are a social bunch but generally socialize outside of the house and try to keep things quieter between 10p and 10a. We're late 20's to mid 30's if that means anything. 2 gals and 1 guy. We don't keep a spotless house. The kitty is cute and round but also old and cranky and usually doesn't do well with other animals. She probably won't bother you unless you want her to. You will be added to our year long lease!
